Return and Refund Policy

BuildLabs3D only accepts return requests made within 7 calendar days of delivery when a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered. We do not accept returns for changes of mind, personal preference, or products ordered by mistake.

To request a return, contact buildlabs3d.contact@gmail.com and include:

• Your full name;

• Your order number;

• The product involved;

• A description of the issue; and

• Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, when relevant.

Please do not send any product back before receiving written return authorization from BuildLabs3D. Once a return is approved, the product must be shipped within 7 calendar days using the return instructions provided.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specifications.

3D-Printed Product Characteristics

Visible layer lines, minor surface texture, small color or finish variations, support-removal marks, and slight dimensional differences are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

Significant cracks, missing parts, severe deformation, functional failure, or substantial differences from the product ordered may qualify as defects.

Approved Resolutions

After reviewing the request, BuildLabs3D may provide:

• A replacement product;

• Replacement parts;

• A repair, when practical;

• A partial refund; or

• A full refund.

If we require an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product to be returned, BuildLabs3D will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return-shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Custom or personalized products;

• Used, modified, painted, or repaired products;

• Products damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling;

• Products missing parts or components;

• Gift cards;

• Clearance or final-sale products; and

• Products purchased from another seller, marketplace, or website.

BuildLabs3D only processes returns for purchases made directly through buildlabs3d.com.

Refunds

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by BuildLabs3D, an eligible damaged or defective product, or applicable law requires otherwise.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
